Q: How do I know I’ll get paid on time?
You’re paid directly by me. Monthly, on time, in full. No tenant chasing required.
Q: Is this even legal?
Yes. Co-living is fully legal when structured correctly. We follow local codes, occupancy rules, and provide clear agreements.
Q: What if I want to sell the house later?
No problem. Agreements include exit clauses, so you stay in control.
Q: Are you subletting? Is this even legal?
No. I operate under a master lease with your full permission and full transparency. Everything is structured legally, with proper documents, no gray areas.

No. Your existing policy remains valid, this setup doesn’t void or complicate your coverage.
